I wake up really early every day, but somehow, never have time for a proper breakfast until I get to work. If I’m really hungry before my 20 minute commute, I’ll have a bottle of detox water or a smoothie and this cherry and cauliflower concoction is a great way to get in some extra veggies.
I’ll hold my hand up: drinking cauliflower is completely unusual, but I swear, you won’t be able to taste it! There’s cherries in this, yogurt, bananas and more so that you get the health benefit from the cauliflower but don’t have to pull that cringey, I’m drinking veggies face. It’s the perfect blend for people who need to get their veggies but just can’t bear the taste, like children!
